Sorry not sorry
Located in the center of the city of Orebrô, Sweden, this ephemeral installation made of recycled plastic was done for the open art biennale in june 2017 curated by Lars Jonnson.
After month of discussions we only got authorization from the building owner but not from the company owning the billboard.
I chose to install the sculpture anyway and snatched some of the poster.
This installation was inspired by the intrusive ubiquity of advertising in our everyday life especially in the public space. It's not only about visual polution but also speaking about constant mental harassment from advertising.
